Stainless steel needs to be regularly cleaned to keep its
finish. It's also important to degrease the steel before pickling
and passivation to ensure a proper result.
During use the stainless steel can be contaminated in several
ways, but when talking about cleaning of stainless steel it's often
a question of removing surface rust.
