REACH, the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and
Restriction of Chemicals, is the chemical legislation in EU.
According to REACH, Avesta Finishing Chemicals is a formulator
(downstream user), not a chemical production company.
Along with the timetable for the implementation of REACH we will
adopt the new legislation.
